Location: Opportunities across 9 practices in North & West Yorkshire
Days: 3–4 days per week
Treatments: General Dentistry | NHS | Private | Smile Makeovers | Invisalign | Specialist Treatments

The Opportunity

The People Advisory is proud to be working alongside Target Dental Group to find talented General Dentists to join their growing clinical teams across North and West Yorkshire.

We’re looking for clinicians who enjoy delivering high-quality general dentistry, while also having the opportunity to develop a strong private patient base and provide additional treatments including Invisalign, smile makeovers and other specialist dental work.

With opportunities across 9 practices, we can explore the right location and working pattern for you.

The Role

This is an ideal opportunity for a dentist looking for a varied diary combining NHS and general dentistry with significant potential to grow private treatment.

Depending on your experience and interests, your diary could include:

• General and family dentistry
• NHS dentistry
• Private restorative treatments
• Invisalign and clear aligner treatments
• Composite bonding and smile makeovers
• Opportunities to develop additional areas of clinical interest
• Referring and upselling patients into further private and specialist treatment

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a dentist who is:

• GDC registered with the right to work in the UK
• Confident delivering high-quality general dentistry
• Comfortable working across a mix of NHS and private patients
• Patient focused with excellent communication skills
• Interested in growing their private treatment portfolio
• Commercially aware without compromising clinical integrity
• Experienced in, or interested in developing, treatments such as Invisalign, composite bonding and smile makeovers

3–4 days per week | North & West Yorkshire | 9 practices | Strong private growth opportunity
