Role & Responsibilities: Deputy Shift Maintenance Manager 

• To support the shift manager in leading the shift team
• Demonstrate leadership and communication skills
• To lead and support a maintenance team (electrical/mechanical) 
• To support, as required, scheduled repairs according to the manufacturer's recommendations 
• To support the diagnosis of Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic faults 
• To accurately record all work undertaken
• Continuous improvement and enhancement opportunities
• Adherence to the Quality processes and procedures 
• Demonstrate strong communication skills 

• Qualifications: Deputy Shift Maintenance Manager
• ONC OR HNC in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, or BTEC Engineering, or Engineering Apprenticeship or Bsc or Msc 
• Experience in previously managing a team is desirable
• A working understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, & Electronic technical manuals & drawings
• Basic knowledge of PLC equipment In/out
