Job description
Desktop Support Analyst role based in W. Bridgford. This role is full tine and permanent with an opportunity to work from home once per week.

My client is a large infrastructure organisation who are looking for a Desktop Support Analyst role based in W. Bridgford.
Description
- Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist users with technical queries and resolve them promptly.
- Install, configure and maintain desktop systems and applications.
- Monitor and manage IT equipment inventory.
- Collaborate with the technology team for system upgrades and improvements.
- Document and update technical support procedures.
- Ensure security protocols are followed on all devices.
- Support remote users with connectivity and access issues.
Profile
A successful Desktop Support Analyst should have:
- Experience in using Microsoft Defender
- Knowledge of desktop operating systems and applications.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.
- Familiarity with IT security practices.
- Can commute to W. Bridgford
