Head of Dispute Resolution

Hours: Full-time preferred (4 days per week may be considered)

Sue Ross Recruitment are delighted to be working with a well-established and respected law firm in the search for an experienced Solicitor to lead and develop their Dispute Resolution Department.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and ambitious solicitor looking to take the next step in their career and play a key role in the continued growth and success of the practice.

As Head of Dispute Resolution, you will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of contentious matters while providing leadership and strategic direction to the department. The successful candidate will have broad experience across general dispute resolution work and be confident in handling matters from inception through to resolution.

We are keen to speak with candidates who:

• Are a qualified Solicitor with approximately 4-5 years' PQE
• Have a strong background in general contentious and dispute resolution matters
• Possess excellent client care and relationship-building skills
• Are commercially minded with a proactive approach to business development
• Have the ability and desire to lead, mentor and develop a team
• Thrive in a professional, office-based environment
