Document Controller (Construction / Refurbishment)

£30,000 - £35,000 + Mon-Fri + 33 Days Holiday + Medicash + Progression + Training

Are you a Document Controller or similar from a construction or refurbishment background with any CAD software knowledge looking to join a prestigious company, offering progression to management positions with ongoing tailored training?

In this role you will provide technical support and assist in the preparation of documents such as detailed drawings, using AutoCAD, and specifications for External Wall Insulation (EWI) projects. You will also support the preparation of calculations for performance assessments and technical submittals whilst liaising with internal teams to resolve queries.

This role would suit a Document Controller from a construction or refurbishment background, with any CAD experience looking to join a well-established company that will value your development and enable your progression to senior Engineering positions.

The Role:

• Prepare technical documents such as drawings, using AutoCAD for specifications
• Provide technical support for EWI projects
• Support calculations, performance assessments and technical submittals
• Liaise with internal teams to resolve queries
• Monday to Thursday, 8:30am-5pm and Friday 8:30am-4:30pm. 37 hours per week
