We're recruiting for an e-Billing Analyst to join a highly successful international professional services organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a collaborative finance team, supporting the end-to-end e-Billing process across multiple offices and jurisdictions.

The Role

Working closely with the Finance and Billing teams, you'll play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely submission of invoices through a variety of client e-Billing platforms. You'll be responsible for managing billing processes, resolving invoice queries and rejections, and providing support and training to stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
• Administer and maintain data across various e-Billing systems and vendor platforms
• Ensure invoices are submitted accurately and within agreed deadlines
• Monitor invoice submissions and resolve rejections promptly
• Manage e-Billing inboxes and respond to queries efficiently
• Provide training and support to billing teams across multiple locations
• Support continuous improvement of billing processes and controls

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience within legal billing (essential)
• Strong knowledge of e-Billing platforms and legal finance systems
• Understanding of billing guidelines and compliance requirements within a professional services or legal environment
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• A proactive, problem-solving approach
