Are you a qualified Level 3 Early Years Practitioner looking for your next opportunity in Milton Keynes?

Coba Education is recruiting an enthusiastic, nurturing and experienced Early Years Practitioner to work within a welcoming school setting in Milton Keynes.

Essential Requirement

To be considered for this role, you must hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification that is recognised as ‘full and relevant’ under current Department for Education (DfE) guidance.

The Role

Working as part of the school's Early Years team, you will:

• Support children with their learning and development through engaging, play-based activities
• Help create a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment
• Support children's communication, confidence and independence
• Work closely with the class teacher and wider Early Years team
• Provide individual and small-group support
• Support children's personal care and daily routines where required
• Follow all safeguarding and school policies

About You

We're looking for someone who:

• Holds a DfE-recognised full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
• Has experience working within an Early Years setting
• Has a good understanding of the EYFS
• Is caring, patient and enthusiastic
• Can build positive relationships with children and colleagues
• Has a strong understanding of safeguarding
• Is reliable, proactive and ready to become part of the school team
