Location: Bradford
Contract: 6 Months – Potential to Become Permanent

Elevation Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for an Electrical Design Engineer to join a busy engineering and manufacturing environment in Bradford on an initial 6-month contract.

Due to continued growth and an increasing project workload, this is a great time to join the team. There is also the potential for the role to develop into a permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity for someone looking for both an immediate contract and longer-term prospects.

What the Electrical Design Engineer will do:

Working as part of an established engineering team, you’ll be involved in the electrical design and delivery of a range of engineering projects.

Day to day, you’ll be:

• Producing electrical designs, drawings and schematics
• Working from technical specifications and customer requirements
• Supporting projects through design and into manufacture
• Working closely with engineering, production and project teams
• Making design changes and helping resolve technical queries
• Ensuring designs meet relevant standards and project requirements

What we're looking for:

We’re looking for an Electrical Design Engineer with previous experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment. You’ll be comfortable producing electrical drawings and schematics and have a good understanding of electrical systems and components.

Experience within switchgear, control panels or power distribution would be beneficial but isn’t essential.
