Domestic Electrical Tester – Social Housing
Location: Lincoln/Grantham
Salary: £41,000 - £48,000 per year
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are recruiting an experienced Domestic Electrical Tester to carry out EICR testing and remedial works within social housing properties across Leicester and Northampton.

Duties:

• EICR testing in occupied and void properties
• Completing remedial electrical works
• Accurate reporting using handheld devices
• Working to current regulations and H&S standards

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation
• 18th Edition
• 2391 or 2394/2395 (or equivalent)
• Previous domestic/social housing experience
• Full UK driving licence
