£42,000 per annum + £55,000 OTE | Unlimited Overtime | Company Van | Pension | Travel Time Paid at Time & a Half

Responsibilities
- Carry out scheduled and reactive electrical maintenance across commercial sites
- Work on lighting, power distribution, fire alarm and emergency lighting systems
- Diagnose and resolve electrical faults efficiently
- Maintain accurate records using a computerised maintenance management system
- Work closely with clients to ensure tasks are completed effectively
- Maintain full compliance with health and safety standards
Requirements
- 18th Edition qualification
- Recognised apprenticeship / SVQ or NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
- Full UK driving licence
- Previous Facilities Management or Building Services experience
- Commercial electrical experience
