Epicor Inventory Accountant

Job description

We are seeking an experienced accountant who is highly confident in their use of Epicor ERP system. Suitable applicants will ideally come from a manufacturing or engineering background but any product led industry will be considered if you have relevant stock control experience.

Responsibilities

• Optimising finance processes after the recent implementation of Epicor Kinetic
• Review and enhance existing stock control process to give greater visibility and reduce costs
• Create forecasts and budgets based upon production plan and bill of materials
• Producing monthly management reports highlighting variances between forecast and actuals
• Working closely with operations to monitor stock take to improve efficiency at month end
• Maintain shipping reports to identify value of products shipped to customers and consignment stock

This is an integral role within a busy and fast growing business. You will be confident in dealing with both finance and non-finance staff but most importantly MUST have strong working knowledge of both Epicor and stock control procedures.
