Description

• Manage and optimise the property portfolio to meet business needs.

• Monitor budgets and ensure cost-effective property management.

• Handle property-related disputes and resolve issues efficiently.

Profile

• Experience in property management, ideally within the retail sector.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of property regulations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to manage budgets and deliver cost-effective solutions.
• Organisational skills to handle multiple properties and priorities.

Job Offer

Salary between £60,000 and £70,000, dependent on the level of experience.
