🚨 ESTIMATOR | CIVIL ENGINEERING | TAMWORTH

I'm working with a specialist contractor looking for an experienced Estimator to join their commercial team in Tamworth.

The role offers the chance to work on varied civil engineering projects, taking tenders from initial enquiry through to submission and handover.

What's involved?
🔹 Preparing and submitting competitive tenders
🔹 Producing accurate take-offs, cost estimates and budgets
🔹 Identifying commercial risks, opportunities and cost savings
🔹 Working closely with clients, subcontractors and suppliers
🔹 Developing alternative solutions and pricing methodologies
🔹 Supporting projects from tender stage through to delivery

What are they looking for?
✅ Strong estimating experience within civils or construction
✅ Good knowledge of NEC and JCT contracts
✅ Experience producing tender submissions and method statements
✅ Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
✅ A relevant HNC/HND in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or Construction Management
