Exam Invigilator - Flexible Work AvailableLocation: South London
Pay: Upto £20 per hour
Contract: Flexible / Ad-hoc
Start Date: Immediate / Upcoming Mock Exams
Empowering Learning is looking for reliable and professional Exam Invigilators to support schools with their upcoming mock and formal examinations.
We work with a wide range of secondary schools and academies, offering flexible opportunities for people looking to work around their existing commitments.
The Role
As an Exam Invigilator, you will be responsible for helping to ensure examinations run smoothly and in accordance with school and JCQ regulations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Setting up examination rooms before exams
- Checking and distributing examination papers
- Supervising students during examinations
- Ensuring examination regulations are followed
- Monitoring students and maintaining a calm examination environment
- Collecting and securely handling examination papers
- Reporting any issues or irregularities to the Lead Invigilator or Exams Officer
What We're Looking For
You don't necessarily need previous experience as an Exam Invigilator. We are looking for people who are:

- Confident working with young people
- Calm and professional under pressure
- Able to follow procedures and instructions carefully
- Professional and approachable
- Available for morning and/or afternoon exam sessions
