Job description

As an Executive Assistant in the industrial/manufacturing sector, you'll support senior leadership with day-to-day organisation and administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly. Based in Inverclyde, this role is key to ensuring efficient communication, scheduling and project coordination within the business.

Description

  • Manage diaries, appointments and travel arrangements for senior leadership.
  • Prepare and edit reports, presentations and correspondence.
  • Coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation and minute taking.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist in project coordination and follow-ups with relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure office systems and procedures are maintained and improved where necessary.
  • Support the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

Profile

A successful Executive Assistant should have:

  • Proven experience in a similar administrative or executive support role.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Offer

  • Salary ranging from £30,000 to £40,000 dependent on the level of experience.
