Are you a qualified Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting young children in their early development?

At GSL Education Leicester, we are currently recruiting dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistants to support a range of welcoming primary schools and nurseries across Leicestershire.

The Role:

• Support the class teacher within EYFS settings (Nursery, Preschool & Reception)
• Deliver and assist with play-based learning and continuous provision
• Support children’s early communication, literacy, and numeracy development
• Provide targeted support on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
• Help create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• ✅ Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years
• ✅ Experience working within EYFS settings
• ✅ Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
• ✅ A nurturing, patient, and enthusiastic approach
• ✅ Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• ✅ Paediatric First Aid qualification (desirable)
