Are you a Fabrication Supervisor or similar looking for a hands-on role where you can lead a fabrication team, drive production standards, benefit from company bonuses, and enjoy an early Friday finish?

Established in the 1980s, this specialist engineering company designs, manufactures and installs bespoke acoustic and noise-control solutions for industrial and commercial environments. The company works with a range of clients across the UK and internationally, delivering projects for major organisations and contractors across a variety of sectors.

In this role, you will lead day-to-day fabrication operations, ensuring production targets, quality, and safety standards are met while supporting labour planning, continuous improvement, and team development.

This role would suit a Fabrication Supervisor looking to join an established manufacturer offering progression and an early friday finish

The Role:

• Lead and supervise day-to-day fabrication operations across the shopfloor

• Ensure health & safety, quality, housekeeping, and production standards are maintained

• Coordinate labour, production targets, overtime, materials, and workload

• Drive Right First Time, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement

• Complete daily production meetings, safety checks, quality inspections, and team briefings

• Train, coach, and develop team members while maintaining skills and competency standards

• Monday-Thursday 6am-3pm, Friday 6am-11am

The Person:

• Previous experience as a Fabrication Supervisor

• NVQ Level 2 + in Manufacturing, Engineering, Fabrication or similar

• Commutable to Heckmondwike
