Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive cost estimates for facade and cladding systems by analyzing project drawings, specifications, and site conditions

• Develop detailed bid proposals that clearly outline scope, costs, and timelines for clients and internal teams
• Monitor project budgets throughout the bidding process to ensure competitive yet profitable pricing
• Conduct thorough cost control analysis to identify potential savings opportunities without compromising quality or safety
• Review change orders and project variations to update estimates accordingly
• Maintain organized records of all estimating documents, supplier quotes, and project correspondence for future reference

Requirements

• Proven experience in estimating for facade or cladding systems within the construction industry
• Strong understanding of construction materials, installation methods, and industry standards related to facades and cladding
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately
• Proficiency in estimating software tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Exceptional communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, suppliers, and project teams
• Demonstrated ability in cost control practices to manage budgets efficiently
