Facilities Manager

Are you an experienced Facilities Manager looking for a role where you can combine strategic oversight with hands-on leadership?

We're recruiting for a Facilities Manager to oversee facilities, maintenance and infrastructure across two manufacturing sites. You'll play a key role in ensuring a safe, efficient and compliant working environment while driving continuous improvement and supporting operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead facilities and maintenance operations across both sites.
• Manage and develop the Facilities team.
• Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance activities.
• Manage site infrastructure, utilities and facilities projects.
• Coordinate contractors and ensure compliance with all statutory requirements.
• Control maintenance budgets and monitor contractor performance.
• Act as the primary facilities contact for internal stakeholders.
• Support audits, inspections and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

• Proven Facilities Management experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance planning, TPM and statutory compliance.
• Experience managing contractors, projects and maintenance budgets.
• Practical problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Confident communicating with senior leadership teams.
• Experience within aerospace or another regulated manufacturing sector is advantageous.
• Flexible to travel between sites as required.
