T&K Associates are currently recruiting for a Factory Labourer to join our Client on a Permanent basis located in Castle Donington.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly team within an established Company.

Factory Labourer Job Details and Benefits;

• £25,000 per annum plus overtime opportunities paid at 1.5
• Full time Monday to Friday 7:30am – 4.00pm
• 28 days holiday to start including bank holidays

Role & Responsibilities of a Factory Labourer include;

• Cutting lengths of timber into different sizes which involves taking lengths of timber from a stack of timber and cutting it using a crosscut saw
• Using hand tools
• Assembling products together
• Assisting with packing of products
• Any other associated task as required

Factory Labourer Person Specification;

• Basic woodworking / joinery experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided
• Must have previous experience of using hand tools and the ability to understand a basic list of timber lengths to select the correct size for sawing
• A driving licence would be advantageous
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Self-motivated and proactive
