We require operatives to work fixed late shift. Must be able to complete training on day shift.

Working Hours

Fixed Late shift

Monday to Thursday - 1500-0000 Friday - 1200-1800 

The Role

As a Factory Operative, your duties may include:

• Operating and monitoring CNC and production machinery
• Loading materials into pre-set machines
• Monitoring machine cycles to ensure safe and accurate operation
• Quality checking finished goods
• Light Assembly
• Order picking and preparing goods for despatch
• Labelling, wrapping, banding and palletising products
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Some roles involve manual handling and all roles require working on your feet all shift.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous manufacturing / production experience desirable
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• comfortable with repetitive work and manual handling
• Good attention to detail
• Strong team working skills
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
