Job Description:
A growing and well-established environmental services company in the Burton upon Trent area is looking for a Field Sales Representative to drive new business and manage key customer relationships.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being out on the road, meeting clients, and building long-term partnerships.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for winning new business while also managing and growing existing accounts across commercial, industrial, and property sectors.
This is a hands-on, autonomous role where you’ll build your own pipeline and directly impact the company’s growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Generating new business opportunities across your territory
- Managing and developing existing customer accounts
- Building relationships with property managers, facilities managers, and commercial clients
- Meeting clients face-to-face and understanding their needs
- Preparing quotes and following up on opportunities
- Identifying upsell opportunities within existing accounts
- Working closely with operations to ensure excellent service delivery
About You
- Experience in field sales, business development, or account management
- Confident in winning new business and building relationships
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Full UK driving licence
What You’ll Get
- £38,000 basic salary
- OTE £45,000+ with uncapped commission
