We're recruiting for two Fleet Service Advisors to join an established fleet operation in the DE55 area. These are permanent positions working a 4-on, 4-off shift pattern, meaning you'll work just 4 days before having the next 4 days completely off.

That's 40 hours across 4 days, followed by 4 days away from work — giving you significantly more time for family, hobbies, travel or simply enjoying your time off.

We're looking for one person to join the early shift, starting at 5:30am, and one person to join the late shift, starting at 1:00pm.

The Role

As a Fleet Service Advisor, you'll play a key role in keeping commercial vehicles moving and customers informed.

You'll be the link between customers, drivers, workshops, technicians and suppliers, coordinating vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs and making sure issues are progressed quickly and efficiently.

You'll be responsible for:

• Taking calls and dealing with enquiries from customers and drivers.

• Coordinating vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs.

• Liaising with workshops and suppliers to progress work.

• Monitoring vehicles that are off the road and chasing repair progress.

• Keeping customers and drivers updated throughout the repair process.

• Managing repair authorisations, estimates and costs.

• Ensuring vehicle information and records are kept accurate.

• Prioritising urgent issues and making sure vehicles are returned to service as quickly as possible.

• Providing a professional and customer-focused service at all times.

What We're Looking For

You don't necessarily need previous fleet experience. We're interested in people with experience in areas such as:

• Fleet or transport

• Automotive

• Vehicle servicing or maintenance

• Workshop administration

• Service advising

• Breakdown/recovery

• Customer service

• Transport operations

• Vehicle scheduling

Most importantly, you'll be organised, confident on the phone, good with people and able to stay calm when things get busy.

You'll need to be comfortable managing multiple tasks, communicating with customers and suppliers, and taking ownership of an issue until it's resolved.

This isn't your traditional Monday-to-Friday role.

You'll work 4 days, then have 4 full days off.

That means:

• 40 hours worked across 4 days

• 4 consecutive days off

• A permanent contract

• A predictable shift pattern

Over the course of a year, you'll spend roughly half your days off work, while still enjoying the security of a permanent position and a salary of £25,692.
