Job Description:

We are recruiting FLT Drivers to work at Pladis in Wigston, offering long‑term temporary work with the chance to progress into a permanent position.

Shifts, Licences & Pay Rates

• Day Shift - Reach Truck & Counterbalance Required
• 07:45 - 17:00
• £13.45 per hour
• Pay rates will be upgraded after 2 weeks of completed service.

Duties

• Operating FLT equipment safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading goods
• Moving stock within the warehouse
• Following health & safety guidelines
• Supporting general warehouse tasks

Requirements

• Valid, in‑date FLT licence(s)
• Counterbalance for day shift
• Reach Truck and Counterbalance for night shift
• Previous FLT experience
• Reliable, punctual, and safety‑conscious
• Basic spoken and written English
