FLT Reach & Counterbalance Driver

Location: Rugby
Shift: Afternoon shift, 13:00–21:00
Pay Rate: £14.75 per hour
Start Date: Immediate

We are currently recruiting for experienced FLT Counterbalance & Reach Drivers to join our team in Rugby on a long-term basis.

As an FLT Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of goods around the warehouse and yard, ensuring products are handled and stored correctly.

• Operating Counterbalance and Reach FLTs safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Moving and storing stock within the warehouse
• Picking and preparing goods for dispatch
• Completing relevant paperwork and warehouse records
• Following all site health & safety procedures
• Maintaining a clean and organised working environment

• Valid Counterbalance and Reach FLT licences/certificates
• Previous warehouse and FLT experience
• Good understanding of health & safety procedures
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• £14.75 per hour
• 13:00–21:00 afternoon shift
• Immediate start
• Work based in Rugby
