We are recruiting for Food Production Operatives to work in food manufacturing sites in Leicester LE7. This is your chance to be part of a leading British food business producing some of the nation's favourite savoury products.

This role involves working in a fast-paced production environment, supporting the preparation and packaging of food products.

We offer ongoing work with temp-to-perm opportunities, giving you the chance to secure a long-term role.

No previous experience is required - you will receive full, paid training from day one.

Please note: All candidates must have a good level of spoken and written English. Due to shift requirements, this role is not suitable for students.

Shifts available:

We offer a variety of shift patterns and hours, including:

- 12-Hour AM Shifts: 6:00 am - 6:00 pm / 8:00 am - 8:00 pm / 9:00 am - 9:00 pm
- 12-Hour NTS Shifts: 6:00 pm - 6:00 am

Pay rates:

- AM shifts : £12.95 per hour
- Sunday AM: £18.22 per hour
- Night shifts : £16.19 per hour

Your Time at Work
As a Food Production Operative, your duties will include:

- Preparing raw ingredients (washing, cutting, measuring)
- Working as part of a fast-paced production team
- Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet our high standards
- Packing products ready to be delivered nationwide
- Keeping work areas clean and food-safe
- Supporting your colleagues and contributing to a great team atmosphere

You will:

Have a good level of spoken and written English
Be able to work effectively as part of a team
Have a strong work ethic and attention to detail
No previous experience required - full training is provided
