Region: North West England
Pay: £12.71 per hour + holiday pay
Working Pattern: 5 days out of 7
Hours: 10:00 am – 6:00 pm

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and friendly Food Service Assistant to join our team at The Meadows in Offerton, Stockport.

You will support the smooth running of the food service operation, helping to provide a high standard of food service while maintaining excellent cleanliness, hygiene, and customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and serving of food and beverages.

• Provide friendly and professional service to customers.

• Maintain clean, tidy, and hygienic food service areas.

• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health and safety procedures.

• Clean and maintain equipment, utensils, and service areas.

• Replenish food, drinks, and supplies when required.

• Work effectively as part of a team.

• Support colleagues with general food service duties as required.

Requirements

• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work well as part of a team.

• Good standards of cleanliness and personal hygiene.

• Previous food service, catering, or hospitality experience is desirable but not essential.

Working Hours & Pay

• 10:00 am – 6:00 pm

• 5 days out of 7

• £12.71 per hour + holiday pay

• Weekend working may be required as part of the 5-day rota.
