Job Description:

Forklift Driver (FLT) – Lutterworth

Employer: Industria Personnel Services Ltd
Contract: Temporary ongoing with potential permanent placement after 12 weeks
 

Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off Fixed shifts

Working Hours

• Days: 6:00am - 6:00pm
• Nights: 6:00pm - 6:00am

Pay Rates

Day Shift (Mon-Fri)

£15.41/hr

Day Shift (Weekend)

£16.13/hr

Night Shift (Mon-Fri)

£15.94/hr

Night Shift (Weekend)

£16.44/hr

Key Responsibilities

• Operate FLT equipment including PPT, LLOP, Reach, Counterbalance and HLOP.
• Complete daily equipment safety checks.
• Move palletised stock throughout the warehouse.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety standards.
• Work in a physically demanding warehouse environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months FLT experience.
• Expired or in-house FLT licences accepted.
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
• Good communication skills.
