Forklift Driver

AM2PM Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Forklift Driver to join a busy seafood production site based on the docks in Grimsby. This is a great opportunity for an experienced FLT driver looking for regular Monday to Friday day shifts within a fast-paced production environment.

Location: Grimsby Docks

Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour

Shifts: Monday to Friday, 6am-2pm

Job Type: Temp to Perm

Key Responsibilities of a Forklift Driver:

• Operating a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently
• Moving raw materials, stock, and finished products around the site
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Supporting the warehouse and production teams with stock movements
• Carrying out daily forklift safety checks
• Following all site health & safety and food hygiene procedures

Requirements of a Forklift Driver:

• Previous forklift driving experience is essential
• A valid counterbalance forklift license is essential
• Previous experience within a warehouse, factory, or food production environment preferred
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
