£32,000 - £38,000 + Paid Travel + Overtime (1.5x / 2x) + Training + Progression + Excellent Benefits

Are you an experienced Forklift Engineer looking for a field-based role offering a local patch, excellent overtime and further technical training?

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established material handling company where you can develop your technical skills, increase your earnings through overtime and progress your career long term.

You will be responsible for carrying out service, maintenance, breakdowns, fault finding and repairs on forklift trucks and material handling equipment at customer sites throughout the North East.

This is a home-based position where your jobs are pre-loaded before setting off, allowing you to travel directly from home to your first customer.

The Role:

• Service and repair forklift trucks / MHE
• Fault finding and breakdowns
• Home-based across the North East
• Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
• Paid travel + overtime at 1.5x / 2x
• Ongoing training and progression

The Person:

• Forklift / MHE engineering experience
• Ideally 2+ years' industry experience
• Mechanical, electrical and hydraulic skills
• Service and fault-finding experience
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Based in the North East
