Former Tenant Arrears Officer

(Temporary maternity cover)

Salary – up to £21,623 per annum

24 Hours per week

The role of Former Tenant Arrears Officer will be responsible for;

•  Ensuring a high level of service is provided to our internal and external customers
• Achieving challenging targets working in a high performing team
• Driving income collection and resolve outstanding issues
• Debt recovery and responding to debtor’s queries, including former tenants’ arrears, garage arrears and rechargeable repairs
• Taking enforcement action as and when necessary

The skills, knowledge & experience required;

• Ideally with some working knowledge of debt recovery
• Previously worked in the social housing sector is desirable
• Excellent communications skills
• Empathy for individuals in financial difficulty.
• A full driving licence and vehicle are essential for this post
