Freelance Site Manager – Leicester

We are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to lead the onsite team in Leicester, you will be leading the full demolition of a waste processing facility.

Role Details:

• Position: Freelance Site Manager

• Location: Leicester    

• Start: mid-June

• Duration: 50 weeks

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage subcontractors and site staff, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
• Maintain accurate site records, reports, and progress documentation

• Ensure compliance with environmental and waste management standards
 

Requirements:

• Proven experience working on high value demolition projects

• Strong knowledge of demolition health & safety regulations

• Strong leadership and organisational skills

• In date tickets – valid CCDO black card, SMSTS and 1st Aid at work

• Ability to reliably commute to Leicester

• Must be able to commit to the full duration of the contract
