Internal Account Executive
Leicester | German & French Speaking
Adecco is recruiting on behalf of a well-established international manufacturing business for an Internal Account Executive to join their commercial team in Leicester.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven, customer-focused individual with fluent German and French language skills to develop customer accounts, drive sales growth, and build strong relationships across European markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with customers across Germany and France.
- Grow existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new opportunities.
- Prepare quotations and support commercial negotiations.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide first-class customer service.
- Maintain and update customer information within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Review customer trends, forecasts, and sales performance to maximise opportunities.
- Support business development activities and contribute towards sales targets.
About You
- Fluent in German, French and English.
- Previous experience in sales, account management, business development, or customer service.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Commercially aware with a proactive approach.
- Comfortable managing multiple customer accounts and priorities.
- Experience using CRM systems would be advantageous.
