Gas Compliance Manager - £50,000 + Package - Commercial Gas - Yorkshire

Are you an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer or Gas Compliance professional looking for a role with more responsibility?

Principal People are recruiting for a Gas Compliance Manager to join a well-established and growing organisation specialising in commercial retail construction, refurbishment and mechanical & electrical installations.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong commercial gas background to oversee gas safety compliance, manage contractors and ensure statutory and regulatory standards are met across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage gas safety and statutory compliance across the business.
• Act as the Responsible Person for Gas Safety.
• Oversee contractors and manage gas compliance contracts.
• Carry out compliance audits, inspections and risk assessments.
• Manage gas safety certificates, servicing schedules and compliance records.
• Provide technical advice and support to internal teams and contractors.
• Identify opportunities to improve gas safety processes.

What We're Looking For

• ACS Commercial Gas Safe certification
• Strong knowledge of gas safety legislation and statutory compliance.
• Background within property, facilities management or building services.
