Job description
Gateman Required - NewarkWe are currently seeking an experienced Gateman to join a busy residential housing development in the Newark area.
Start Date: As soon as possible
Duration: Ongoing
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Gateman / Banksman on construction sites
Valid CSCS card
Strong understanding of site health & safety procedures
Good communication skills and a reliable work ethic
Previous experience on residential housing developments preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Controlling and monitoring site access and deliveries
Directing vehicles and delivery drivers safely around site
Assisting with traffic management and pedestrian movements
Communicating with site management and trades
Maintaining a safe and organised site entrance
Ensuring all site health & safety procedures are followed
