🚧 GENERAL FOREMAN - CIVIL ENGINEERING - NOTTINGHAM 🚧

Fawkes & Reece are currently recruiting for an experienced General Foreman to join an established civil engineering contractor on a project in Nottingham.

📍 Location: Nottingham
💷 Salary: Competitive - Negotiable depending on experience

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced General Foreman with a strong civils background and proven experience managing site operations, labour and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day site operations, supervising direct labour and subcontractors.

• Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard.

• Coordinate plant, materials and site resources.

• Manage RAMS, toolbox talks, permits and site documentation.

• Work closely with the Site Agent and Project Manager.

• Monitor site progress, productivity and quality.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a supervisory role.

• Strong civil engineering / infrastructure background.

• Valid CSCS card.

• SMSTS or SSSTS desirable.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Experience managing labour, plant and subcontractors.
