• Collaborating with other departments to optimise daily operational and sales activities

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a General Sales Manager or similar leadership role within the motor trade
• Strong understanding of automotive sales processes and customer requirements
• Excellent communication and team management skills
• Ability to motivate staff and achieve results in a competitive environment
• Automotive industry knowledge relevant to the Newcastle area is highly desirable
