Graduate Cover Teacher – The Role: 

• Cover and supervise an array on secondary lessons
• Ensure classes are running smoothly
• Support pupils within the lesson
• Flexibility to work across different departments
• Versatile as each day is different

Graduate Cover Teacher – Qualifications required: 

• Previous experience of working with young people
• Degree level of education
• Excellent communication skills 
• Good behaviour management
• Knowledge of special education practices is advantageous 
• Ability to work at least two days a week
• Flexibility to work across different phases and subjects
