Evolve is proud to be partnering with a market-leading healthcare organisation to recruit a Graduate Medical Sales Representative with Enteral Nutrition.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Science Graduate looking to launch their career in medical sales, joining an established organisation that will provide the training, support and development needed to build a successful career in the industry.

This is a field-based role covering North West London, Hertfordshire and West Essex, with extensive travel across the territory.

You’ll build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, develop a strong understanding of the products and their clinical applications, and use your communication and commercial skills to support customers, drive growth and ultimately improve patient outcomes.

Essential Requirement for the Graduate Medical Sales Representative

• Full UK driving licence.
•  A recent Science Graduate, ideally with a degree in Biomedical Science or a similar subject, achieving a 2:1 or above.
• Customer-facing or sales experience is preferred.
• Medical sales shadowing experience is highly advantageous.
• A genuine desire to build a career in medical sales.
• A good understanding of the role of a Medical Sales Representative and what a career in the industry involves.

Role Responsibilities for the Graduate Medical Sales Representative

• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals across your territory. 
• Manage your accounts and help ensure they continue to grow and perform successfully. 
• Develop account plans and identify opportunities to increase sales and retain customers. 
• Promote and sell the company’s products and services to appropriate healthcare customers. 
• Identify opportunities to increase the use of company products and reduce reliance on competing products. 
• Track customer activity, training and account performance using the CRM system. 
•  Analyse sales and account data and use this to support regular customer reviews. 
• Develop a good understanding of the NHS, healthcare market and nutrition sector. 
• Build relationships with key healthcare professionals and identify potential Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). 
• Develop strong product knowledge across the company’s portfolio, as well as an understanding of competitor products.
