Do you an experienced Groundworker looking for your next opportunity?

Regional Recruitment are recruiting for a Groundworker to join a busy construction site in Lowestoft. This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual to start immediately on an active project.

Qualifications

Essential:

• Valid CSCS Card
• Own hand tools
• Full PPE
• Previous groundworks experience
• Right to work in the UK

Desirable:

• Experience in drainage, kerbing, and paving works
• Dumper/Roller ticket
• Experience working on commercial construction sites

Roles & Responsibilities

• Carrying out all aspects of groundworks
• Drainage installation and associated works
• Excavation and trenching
• Kerbing, edging, and paving works
• Preparing foundations and site set-up
• Assisting plant operators and site teams
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard

Requirements

As a Groundworker, you will also be expected to:

• Arrive on site punctually and ready for work
• Work effectively as part of a team
• Follow instructions from site management
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Maintain site health and safety standards at all times

Health, Safety & Compliance

All employees are required to:

• Comply with all employment legislation and relevant codes of good practice
• Take reasonable care for their own health and safety and that of others
• Follow all site-specific health and safety procedures
• Co-operate fully with site management to ensure safety standards are maintained
