Job description
Groundworker | East Fife | £20ph | Temp to Perm
We are currently recruiting for an experienced and reliable Groundworker for work on a new build development in Kinglassie, Fife. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate.
Rate: £20.00 per hour
Location: East Fife
Hours: 7:30am - 4:00pm
Start: ASAP
Type: Temp to Perm
Duties will include:
- General groundworks on a busy new build housing site
- Drainage and ducting
- Kerbing and slabbing
- Concrete works
- Foundations and general site preparation
- Working alongside other trades and site management
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS Card
- Previous groundworks experience, ideally on new build sites
- Own PPE
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
