3-Man Groundworks Gang Required – Residential Site

Location: Bury St Edmunds
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: Ongoing
Rate: £23-£24 Per hour

Groundworks Gang Required

We are currently looking for an experienced 3-man groundworks gang to join a residential development project, carrying out finishing works on site.

The gang must consist of the following operatives:

Personnel Required

• 1 x Machine Driver – Experienced in operating a 360 excavator, with relevant tickets.
• 1 x Groundworker – Experienced in residential groundworks and finishing works.
• 1 x Groundworker / Dumper & Roller Driver – Must hold the relevant tickets and have experience operating dumpers and rollers.

Scope of Works

The gang will be responsible for completing finishing works across a residential development, including:

• Final levels and grading.
• General groundworks and site preparation.
• Finishing works to roads, footpaths and plots.
• Operating plant and machinery as required.
• Assisting with the completion of external works.
• Maintaining a safe, clean and tidy working environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience working as a groundworks gang on residential developments.
• Relevant CPCS / NPORS plant tickets.
• Valid CSCS cards.
• Full PPE.
• Strong understanding of site health and safety.
• Reliable, hardworking and able to work effectively as a team.

The ideal gang will be experienced, self-sufficient and capable of completing residential finishing works to a high standard.
