Group Warranty Manager

Job description

I am looking for an experienced Warranty Manager to join a well-established dealership.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing warranty operations, managing claims and ensuring all warranty processes are completed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee warranty claims and processes.
• Submit and process manufacturer warranty claims.
• Ensure all claims are completed accurately and within deadlines.
• Liaise with manufacturers, service teams and engineers.
• Monitor warranty performance and identify improvements.
• Manage warranty documentation and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty guidelines.
• Support and develop the warranty team.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Warranty Manager or Warranty Supervisor role.
• Experience within plant machinery, construction equipment, agricultural machinery or automotive.
• Strong understanding of manufacturer warranty procedures.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail.
