As Grower, you'll be accountable for the performance of commercial protected crops, ensuring yield, fruit quality and plant health targets are achieved.
You'll use data, crop observations and technical expertise to make informed decisions around climate, irrigation, nutrition and crop steering, helping optimise crop performance throughout the season.
This is a highly technical position that combines practical growing expertise with strategic decision-making. You'll also work closely with operations, technical and production teams to ensure growing programmes are delivered effectively and consistently.
No two days are the same, and you'll be trusted to make key decisions that directly impact crop performance and business success.
