Job description

Youell Court is a nursing home for the elderly looking for a Maintenance Handyman to help around the Home.

Basic duties may include:

• Painting and Decorating
• Fitting fixtures and fittings
• Completing maintenance audits
• Fixing broken odds and ends
• Ensuring Health & Safety requirements are being met
• Furniture assembly
• Running fire drills

The salary for the role begins at £13.50 but is negotiable based on experience

It is essential that the successful candidate has a drivers license and access to a car as the role may involve driving locally in the area.
