Job description

head chef required in west sussex for a fantastic restaurant that offers a 4.5 day week, they are serving some amazing produce from across the west sussex and kent areas, including some of the best food and and ingredients. The head chef position is paying a package of around £65k, which includes trunc of around £6k

The role
As a head chef you will be responsible for the smooth running of the kitchen, you will ensure everything runs smoothly in the kitchen, you will meet the suppliers from the local area and show case the local produce on the menus. This head chef role will include all the standard head chef duties. 

Experience
We are looking for a head chef who has lots of passion for ingredients and local produce, you will have good knife skills and a passion for food
