Description

  • Develop and implement strategies to engage alumni and foster long-term relationships.
  • Oversee communication plans, including newsletters, events, and digital outreach.
  • Coordinate alumni events that promote networking and community building.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align alumni engagement with organisational objectives.
  • Manage a database of alumni contacts, ensuring accuracy and GDPR compliance.
  • Analyse engagement metrics and produce reports to guide future initiatives.
  • Act as the main point of contact for alumni enquiries and feedback.
  • Support fundraising efforts by identifying and cultivating alumni donors.

Profile

A successful Head of Alumni Engagement should have:

  • Proven experience in alumni relations, stakeholder engagement, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.
  • Ability to plan and deliver events effectively.
  • Knowledge of database management and data protection regulations.
  • Proficiency in analysing data to inform decision-making.
  • Capability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • A proactive and strategic approach to problem-solving.

Job Offer

  • Salary ranging from £54,000 to £66,000, dependent on the level of experience.
