Health, Safety & Environmental Manager
Are you an experienced HSE professional looking for a senior leadership role within a high-hazard manufacturing environment?
Our client is seeking a Health, Safety & Environmental Manager to lead the HSE and sustainability agenda across multiple European sites. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and influence strategic business decisions across the UK and Europe.
Key Requirements:
- Senior-level HSE management experience
- CMIOSH (or equivalent) qualification
- Strong knowledge of COMAH and DSEAR regulations
- Experience within manufacturing, chemical, or other high-hazard environments
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
The Role:
- Lead HSE strategy across multiple sites
- Drive continuous improvement and sustainability initiatives
- Ensure compliance with UK and European legislation
- Manage audits, investigations, risk assessments, and contractor compliance
- Promote a positive, proactive safety culture throughout the organisation
