Job description
HGV Class 1 (C+E) Drivers – NottinghamIdeal Recruit is currently recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 (C+E) Drivers for a well-established client based in Nottingham.
We are offering ongoing work, competitive PAYE rates, and both day and night shifts available.
PAYE Pay Rates- Days: £17.82
- Nights: £18.55 per hour – start time around 23:59
As an HGV Class 1 Driver, your duties will include:
- Safely delivering parcels to Delivery Units.
- Ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the vehicle.
- Completing and maintaining accurate delivery paperwork.
- Following all relevant driving, health and safety regulations.
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence.
- Minimum 6 months' Class 1 driving experience; newly qualified drivers may also be considered.
- Valid Driver CPC qualification.
- Valid Digital Tachograph Card.
- No more than 6 penalty points for minor endorsements.
