Earls Colne, Essex
Class 1 & Class 2 Opportunities Available
Are you an experienced HGV Driver looking for your next opportunity with a well-established and growing transport business?
We are currently recruiting multiple HGV Drivers to join our client's busy operation based in Earls Colne. With a variety of driving roles available, we are keen to hear from both Class 1 and Class 2 drivers seeking permanent, long-term work.
Opportunities Available
- Class 1 Tramper Drivers
- Class 2 Tramper Drivers
- Class 2 Multi-Drop Drivers (Pallet Network & Groupage)
What You'll Need
- Valid Class 1 (C+E) or Class 2 (Category C) Licence
- Valid CPC Qualification Card
- Digital Tachograph Card
- Good knowledge of Driver Hours Regulations and Working Time Directive
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- A professional and reliable approach to work
The Role
Depending on your experience and preference, duties may include:
- Nationwide deliveries and collections
- Tramping work with overnight stays
- Multi-drop palletised deliveries
- Groupage distribution work
- Vehicle safety checks and defect reporting
- Providing excellent customer service at delivery points
- Ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately
